  • Optional RTA-approved inspection services.

  • Communication tools for buyers and sellers.

We are not a party to any sales contract between a buyer and seller.

  • Ensure that you have legal ownership or authority to sell any vehicle you list.

  • Comply with all UAE laws and regulations related to buying or selling vehicles.

  • Refrain from posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes.

4. Vehicle Listings

  • All vehicle details provided must be truthful and accurate.

  • Listings may be reviewed and removed if they violate our policies or UAE laws.

  • We reserve the right to verify vehicle ownership and documents before approving a listing.

5. Payments & Fees

  • Some services (e.g., featured listings, inspections) may require payment.

  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments must be made through approved and secure payment channels.

6. Third-Party Services

Our platform may link to third-party services such as financing, insurance, shipping, or inspections. We are not responsible for the terms, privacy, or performance of these third-party services.

7. Limitation of Liability

TCH Motors is not responsible for:

  • The condition, quality, legality, or performance of any vehicle listed.

  • Disputes between buyers and sellers.

  • Any loss, damage, or injury resulting from a transaction arranged through our platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform (logo, text, images, design) is the property of TCH Motors and may not be used without written permission.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms.

  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

  • Misuse our services.
